We are one of the leading Austrian trade and service partners for medical and laboratory products. SZABO-SCANDIC HandelsgmbH was founded in 1963 and focused on fine chemicals. Today we distribute and maintain consumables, research products, laboratory instruments and specific diagnostic products. Currently, we can offer a range of more than 1.7 million products and numerous services. Our strength lies in 60 years of experience in the Austrian Life Science Marketplace.

We work with innovative manufacturers from the EU and all over the world and are in long-term business relationships with selected partners. SZABO-SCANDIC stands for quality, service and adherence to deadlines. We are particularly proud to be able to find and procure products that are difficult or not at all available in Europe.

Since 2021, SZABO-SCANDIC has been part of Europa Biosite, a leading European distribution company for life science products. This merger also includes AMSBIO in the UK, USA and the Netherlands, Biomol in Germany, Cambridge Bioscience in the UK and Ireland, Nordic Biosite in the Nordic and Baltic countries, Sanbio in Benelux and LubioScience in Switzerland.

In addition, we are listed as a supplier on the platform Scientist.com, a leading marketplace for scientific products and services. This presence enables us to make our products and services specifically accessible to the needs of the Austrian research and scientific community and to further promote the exchange between researchers.
